Project Description:
When the owners of this lakeside home decided to update their 1970s kitchen, the goal was clear: modernize both form and function while embracing the home’s natural surroundings. The renovation opened the space to the outdoors and created a natural flow between the kitchen, living, and dining areas.
A key feature is the expansive island, designed as the heart of the kitchen, with seating for six and a sleek black granite top. Panel-ready appliances contribute to the clean, cohesive look, while a reeded wood hood and Wolf induction stove add both function and visual appeal.
A new walkthrough pantry, featuring black-stained cabinets and quartz countertops, integrates additional storage and utility without disrupting the space’s harmony. The custom bookshelf, complete with built-in steps, adds a personal touch, making this kitchen a perfect blend of style, practicality, and personality for the family.
